Crush is going to start soon as the grapes in Temecula Valley Wine Country are getting ripe and going through verasion. Soon we will see the workers and their lights out in the vineyards late at night harvesting the grapes. We will be hearing the equipment as the crushing and pressing of the fruit starts. In the wineries where the fermentation takes place the smells will permeate and we will see the barrels being cleaned out for another vintage to start ageing.
